Can you expedite my order?
If you need your order shipped quicker than my standard 5 business day turn around time, please send me an e-mail before placing your order to discuss whether we can accommodate your expedite request.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, I'm happy to replace it at no additional cost. Just send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product. If the products you ordered are no longer available, you can select a comparable item or request a refund.
